Key Customers: Targeted GPs, Specialists and Targeted Pharmacies

Our client is a fast-growing medicinal cannabis company. We're seeking a vibrant, ethical medical commercial professional to build partnerships with healthcare providers and drive education and access across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Introduce and represent our client's medicinal cannabis portfolio to GPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries.
n
Deliver clinical education, in-services and presentations; attend conferences and events.
n
Own territory and key account plans—identify opportunities, execute growth strategies and track results.
n
Build solid, trust-based relationships; provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
n
Navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate activity reporting (CRM).
n

What you'll bring
n
n




3+ years in customer-facing healthcare or life sciences sales roles (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Medicinal Cannabis or related).
n
Existing relevant Melbourne network and territory management knowledge.
n
Previous experience promoting to GPs and/or Specialists is preferred.
n
Experience in medicinal cannabis is highly regarded but not essential.
n
Proven success developing and executing strategic business plans.
n
Excellent communication,
education/presentation
and negotiation skills; strong analytics.
n
Understanding of TGA compliance and the Australian regulatory landscape.
n
Self-starter with high integrity, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
n
