The location is in the Campbeltown / Camden / Liverpool / Narellan / Macarthur area.

We are partnered with a leading firm to support a long-term project requiring a Dayforce Payroll / HCM implementation.
n
The client is executing a major Dayforce implementation and is seeking a hands-on HCM consultant with experience supporting one or more of the following Dayforce modules (Reporting, Talent Management (Performance & Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding).

Dayforce Functional Delivery
n

Configure and support Dayforce Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules
n
Translate business requirements into system configuration
n
Support business process optimization and solution design
n
Maintain alignment between Dayforce configuration and business objectives
n
Identify and resolve functional gaps
n
n
Reporting
n
n
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
n
Gather reporting requirements and support validation activities
n
Support operational and management reporting needs
n
n
Talent Management
n
n




Configure and support Performance Management and Succession Planning processes
n
Support talent review, goal management, and employee development initiatives
n
Configure and support recruiting workflows and onboarding processes
n
Support candidate lifecycle management and new hire experiences
n
Troubleshoot recruiting and onboarding issues
n
n
Techno-Functional Delivery
n
n
Support requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
n
Perform hands‐on configuration and validation
n
Support system and user testing activities
n
Assist with defect triage and resolution
n
Produce explicit documentation of implemented solutions
n
Support client discussions and solution workshops
n
Provide guidance on Dayforce functionality and best practices
n
Communicate risks and dependencies clearly
n
Work independently while aligned with the broader delivery team
n

Hands-on Dayforce experience in one or more of the following modules:
