Responsibilities
n
As a Project Engineer, you will:
n
n
Provide day-to-day electrical engineering support across live HV and data centre construction projects.
n
Collaborate with the construction and delivery teams on switchboard and power systems scope, from design review through to installation and testing.
n
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client's technical team to ensure works are completed on schedule and meet specifications.
n
Support HV testing and commissioning activities, including documentation and quality sign-off.
n
Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements, identifying risks or clashes early.
n
Contribute to progress reporting, technical queries, and change management on-site.
n
Champion safety and quality standards across all engineering activities.

Qualifications
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n




Solid experience working with high voltage electrical systems.
n
A strong electrical engineering background, with hands‐on exposure to switchboards and power systems.
n
Construction project experience, particularly in mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure environments (highly valued).
n
A collaborative approach and the confidence to work directly with construction, project, and commissioning teams.
n
Exposure to data centre projects (preferred but not essential). A strong technical foundation and the drive to grow are what matter most.

This role is also ideal for a Senior Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career or someone with a similar profile to engineers who have successfully transitioned into this business.

Reviewing and interpreting technical designs and specifications.
