About the Role
n
Working alongside our Senior team, you will be given the tools and guidance to gradually take ownership of survey activities across multiple civil and structural engineering sites.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Assisting with precise construction and engineering set‐out programs for civil and structural assets
n




Learning to manage your own workflow seamlessly between field data capture and office
processing/reporting
n
Learning to review and validate accurate detail, feature, and topographic surveys
n
Contributing to detailed as‐built surveys, volume calculations, and comprehensive reporting
n
Developing technical expertise on complex structural and civil infrastructure components
n
Gaining high proficiency in the accurate use and calibration of GNSS, total stations, and cutting‐edge survey instruments
n
Maintaining strict survey accuracy, data quality assurance, and safety standards
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual who is eager to learn, ask questions, and eventually work independently both on‐site and in the office.
n
You Will Ideally Have
n
n
A Degree or Advanced Diploma in Surveying (or currently completing your final year)
n
A strong interest in Engineering, Civil, and Structural surveying
n
A desire to develop autonomy and manage field‐to‐office deliverables efficiently
n
Basic exposure to or a keen willingness to learn modern surveying instruments and processing software (such as 12d, Civil3D, Trimble, or Leica)
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‐quality data
n
Excellent organizational, problem‐solving, and communication skills
n
A current, valid Australian driver's licence
