Job Description
Ageing Australia in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a registered nurse to deliver Hospital in the Home (HITH) care via telehealth, conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans with IV therapies and other advanced interventions.

The role is part time and leadership-focused, based in Moorabbin, four days per week, leading complex clinical care across community and in-home services, and contributing to service development.
