Senior Accountant | Business Services | Perth | $90k–$120k + Super | Hybrid

I'm working with a well-established professional services firm in Perth that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its Business Services team.
n
This is a genuine Senior-level position with a good mix of compliance, client contact and advisory work, with a clear pathway towards Manager.
n
You'll manage your own portfolio of SME and privately owned clients and work closely with experienced Managers and Partners.

The role

Manage a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients
n
Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
n
Prepare and review BAS
n
Assist with tax planning and business advisory
n
Deal directly with clients and business owners
n
Work through more complex client matters
n
Review work and assist junior accountants
n
Identify opportunities to provide additional advisory support
n

About you
n




n
3+ years' Australian public practice experience
n
Robust Business Services / Tax experience
n
Comfortable managing your own client portfolio
n
CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
n
Good technical accounting and tax knowledge
n
Confident communicating with clients
n
Interested in developing further into advisory
n
Looking for a pathway towards Manager
n
