We are working with a leading national firm who are looking for a newly qualified or junior lawyer to join their busy real estate team.

The role
n
The role will provide exposure to a broad range of transactional property, leasing, development and commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced Partners and a supportive team.
n
You will be involved in:
n
n
Managing a range of property transactions and leasing matters
n
Drafting and negotiating commercial documents
n
Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
n




Working closely with clients and key stakeholders
n
Contributing to the wider team and mentoring junior lawyers
n
n
About you
n
n
0-2 years post admission experience in a real estate practice
n
Solid drafting and
n
A practical and commercial approach
n
Excellent communication and client management skills
n
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
n
A genuine interest in developing their property career
n
