Your Role in Store
n

Leading the store to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
n
Delivering a consistently high level of customer experience aligned to our boutique principles
n
Driving visual merchandising and operational excellence
n
Coaching your team through one‐on‐one feedback, development plans and consistent performance conversations
n
Collaborating closely with the State Manager
n
Championing loss prevention and accurate store data management
n
Ensuring the boutique environment aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic
n
Maintaining strong internal relationships with cross‐functional partners
n
Supporting seasonal product launches with storytelling, confidence and presence
