The Job Description for the Senior Technical Consultant is as below:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
n

Analysis and Design of Applications using Appian Low Code Platform.
n
Analysis and Evaluation of the system programming needs
n
Identify limitations in existing systems and processes and recommend solutions.
n
Perform technical reviews and assist the development team in resolving technical issues.
n
Develop Appian application in line with the system requirements.
n
Testing and debug Appian applications and fix issues identified.
n
Ensure solution adheres to Appian Best Practices
n
Interacting with customers on a daily basis and act as the main point of contact for Customers.
n
Working with off-shore teams during the development phase.
n
n
To perform the above mentioned duties, the following




qualification/experience
is required.
n
n
Overall experience of at least 5 years in software development and Testing using the Appian platform.
n
Effectively prioritizes work and has excellent problem solving skills
n
Knowledge of working and delivering projects using Agile principles.
n
Ability to lead a team of Consultants towards a successful Appian implementation
n
Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, functional as well as nonfunctional requirements.
n
Ability to quickly adapt, understand and adhere to Company culture and principles.
n
Bachelor's degree in ICT or relevant fields.
