Job Description
Our client, a dynamic and innovative renewable energy company with power projects located across Australia and internationally, is seeking a senior lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE.

Reporting to the General Counsel, your role will focus on providing strategic and commercial legal support across the development of projects within the Australian business.

You will work closely with senior management across the full project lifecycle, drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of agreements including project, construction, finance and operations & maintenance agreements.

You will also be involved in corporate/M&A; matters, as well as assisting with corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

With 5+ years' PQE, you have excellent technical skills, a pragmatic, commercial approach to negotiations and a strong interest in the renewable energy industry. Your experience may have been gained in-house or from a leading law firm, with experience in renewable energy,
infrastructure/projects,
project finance, construction and/or corporate/M&A.;
