Qantas Technology is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Conversational and Agent AI to deliver a seamless customer experience across the Qantas website, mobile app and IVR. You will own the Digital Assistant platform and work with vendors and internal teams to define strategy and governance.

The role requires robust technical and commercial thinking, collaboration, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled solutions in a complex corporate environment. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days.
