About the Role:

This role will provide you with exposure to a full range of formal insolvency appointments such as voluntary administrations, liquidation, receiverships, bankruptcy as well as informal engagements such as investigative accounting and
restructuring/turnaround
engagements.

Position Overview
n
n
Support a broad range of formal and informal corporate and personal insolvency appointments on behalf of the appointees
n
Perform detailed financial analysis and investigative procedures
n
Deliver tailored turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency solutions to the firm's clients
n
Prepare comprehensive reports for creditors, directors, financial institutions, and investors
n
Track and comply with all relevant statutory deadlines
n
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including financiers, legal counsel, agents, and auctioneers
n




Maintain the team's appointment register and ensure weekly task planning to drive progress on all active matters
n
n
Required Qualifications and Experience
n
n
Minimum of 1 year's experience in restructuring and insolvency, including exposure to formal appointments
n
Proficient in financial modelling and analysis
n
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports
n
Solid understanding of insolvency, restructuring, and accounting principles, including knowledge of statutory obligations across various engagement types
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
n
CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards accreditation
n
