Command Healthcare is growing, and we are looking for an experienced
Nursing Recruiter
to join our Sydney CBD team.
We are seeking a recruiter with
3–5+ years' experience
, ideally within healthcare, nursing, aged care, disability, community or allied health, who also has a strong interest in
Business Development and client relationship management
.
About the role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment while helping grow our healthcare client portfolio.
Source, screen and interview healthcare professionals.
Manage candidate relationships and placements.
Build and develop new and existing client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and support
BD activities
.
Conduct client meetings and recruitment briefings.
Manage references, compliance and onboarding.
Recruit across permanent, temporary, contract and casual roles.
About you




3–5+ years' recruitment experience
.
Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience highly desirable.
Experience in
Business Development, client acquisition or account management
.
Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare market.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing team.
