Requirements

Bachelor degree in psychology
n
3+ years clinical experience as registered Clinical Psychologist
n
Current registration (can be non-practicing)
n
Well established knowledge of disability and psychological injury management
n
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary team
n
Understanding of insurance industry preferred
n
Workers compensation experience highly regarded
n
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Provide early intervention and management of workplace psychological injuries
n
Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with Clinical Psychologists and GPs
n




Conduct case reviews and provide expert opinion on medical strategy
n
Provide internal training and coaching to case managers
n
Support capability uplift in clinical management
n
