About the Role

We're hiring Quality Analysts on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. You'll play a key role in reviewing outputs, flagging issues, and helping us maintain a high bar for quality across projects.

What You'll Do

Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
n
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly
n
Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
n
Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends
n
Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
n
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones
n

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in quality assurance,



quality control, or a similar review-focused role
n
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
n
Excellent written communication and the ability to give explicit, constructive feedback
n
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment
n
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace
n

Nice to Have

Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows
n
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
n
Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g., technical, editorial, or analytical)
