About The Role

As an Educational Leader, you'll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:

Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
n
Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
n
Building strong, supportive relationships with families
n
Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the team

About You
n
We're looking for a motivated leader with:
n
n
A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
n
1–2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)
n




A collaborative, team-focused approach
n
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
n
