Job Description

Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
n
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
n
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
n
Provide financial advice to key stakeholders, including school leadership teams.
n
Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
n
Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board and external stakeholders.
n
Oversee and improve internal financial controls and processes.
n
Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.

The Successful Applicant
n
n
A recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
n
CA/CPA Qualification Highly Desirable
n
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
n
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
n
Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
n
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
