About the Role
n You'll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation
n
Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
n
Working across Aged Care and Community environments
n
Developing individualised treatment and care plans
n
Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
n
Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice
n
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
n
n




About You
n
You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
n You'll bring:
n
n
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications
n
Authorisation to work in Australia
n
Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting
n
Strong communication and relationship building skills
n
A client focused and compassionate approach
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
n
A current Victorian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
n
