Job Description
Portfolio Analyst We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Analyst to join a major transformation portfolio within a leading Financial Services organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with a Banking or Financial Services background who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, support complex change initiatives, and provide solid governance, financial management, and portfolio reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements
n
n
Banking & Financial Services experience
n
Strong PMO and portfolio governance experience within large-scale transformation programs
n
Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting expertise
n
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to synthesise complex information and provide actionable insights
n
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Mural skills
n
Proven experience improving financial processes, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting
n




Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
n
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
n

Project Accounting experience
n
Experience working across multiple fast-moving priorities

Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs
