Capstone is working exclusively with a successful private investor with a national portfolio of industrial assets. We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the capital works, refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, offering genuine end-to-end project management exposure across a diverse range of industrial assets.

The Role
n

Manage capital works, upgrades and redevelopment projects from inception through to completion
n
Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
n
Manage project budgets, programmes, procurement and delivery
n
Work closely with experienced senior project managers and benefit from strong mentorship
n




Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within an established property investment portfolio
n
n
About You
n
n
1–5 years' project management experience within property, construction or a related discipline
n
Experience working across construction or capital works projects
n
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive approach and desire to develop your project management career
n
Ideally an Assistant PM or Junior PM looking to take the next step
n
n
