Position: Maintenance & Operations Manager

Location: Regional NSW
n
Roster: Initially 5/2, transitioning to 14/7 on site
n
Salary: $180k to $220k base + super, + 25% site uplift
n
Design & Build has partnered with a major EPC contractor delivering the complete electrical and mechanical scope on one of Australia's largest power generation projects, and we are recruiting a Maintenance & Operations Manager to establish the maintenance function for a new power plant from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop the Maintenance Management Plan for the complete power plant
n
Build predictive maintenance schedules from engineering and O&M; documentation
n
Develop and improve the preservation strategy across the asset lifecycle
n
Lead maintenance activities during construction where required
n
Coordinate maintenance planning between engineering teams in Australia and overseas
n
Develop and deliver predictive and component maintenance training
n
Support customer training and the quality of training manuals
n
Contribute to project risk management
n
n
Minimum Experience
n
n
5+ years' engineering and maintenance experience
n
3+ years' experience in the maintenance and operation of a Hydropower Plant / Energy Power Plant
n
Experience establishing a maintenance function during the construction phase of a greenfield project
n
Experience developing maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance programs
n
Experience compiling O&M; Manuals from an OEM perspective
n
