We're now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team and be part of the next chapter of our story. In this role, you'll:
n
n
Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints across phone, email and digital channels.
n
Investigate concerns and provide timely, appropriate resolutions in line with brand policies.
n
Partner with stores, Franchise Partners, Operations teams and internal stakeholders to resolve customer matters.
n
Manage loyalty program, online ordering, payment, refund and account enquiries.
n




Maintain accurate customer records and **escalate** complex or sensitive matters where required.
n
Identify recurring customer trends and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.
n
Support Marketing and PR initiatives, sponsorship enquiries and special projects where required.
n

Our ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Previous customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or a contact centre environment.
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
The ability to manage challenging conversations calmly and empathetically.
n
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
n
A positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
n
Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform will be highly regarded.
