Ventia Limited is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join the Minerals team at Olympic Dam, Adelaide. You will lead a small team, oversee drill pad construction, road maintenance and earthworks, and coordinate scheduling to keep drilling operations on track.

You will liaise with client representatives, crews and contractors, manage permits and procurement, and drive a robust safety culture across the site. FIFO camp accommodations and a solid safety-focused environment are offered.
