We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to shape how an Australian green AI infrastructure company brings its hardware and software products to market.
Working across product, engineering, sales, partnerships and marketing, you'll turn complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for customers and partners around the world.
You'll build the foundations of the product marketing function, from product positioning and messaging to launch materials, sales enablement and ongoing campaigns. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence.
What you'll be doing
Developing positioning, messaging and value propositions across hardware and software products
Building a clear and consistent suite of product marketing materials
Translating complex technical information into compelling customer and market narratives
Partnering with product and engineering teams to understand technical capabilities, roadmaps and differentiators
Working with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop useful sales enablement materials
Developing go-to-market strategies for new products, services and markets
Planning and supporting product launches
Creating product briefs, presentations, case studies, fact sheets and campaign materials
Developing audience and market-specific messaging
Identifying the strongest proof points behind product performance and environmental claims
Supporting global campaigns with technology and infrastructure partners
Equipping creative teams with the information and direction needed to produce accurate, engaging content
Keeping product information and marketing assets accurate and up to date
Tracking market developments, customer needs and competitor positioning
Helping establish effective product marketing processes across the business
About you
You're commercially minded, technically curious and able to find the clear story inside a complex product. You can move comfortably between conversations with engineers, sales teams, marketers and creative specialists.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in B2B product marketing
Experience working in AI, cloud, digital infrastructure or a related technology sector
A strong understanding of product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy
Experience marketing technical hardware, software or integrated technology solutions
Experience developing sales enablement materials, case studies and product campaigns
The ability to understand technical information and communicate it to different audiences
Confidence working closely with product, engineering and sales teams
Strong writing, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to establish structure and build a product marketing capability
Experience working with technology partners on joint campaigns or launches
An interest in energy-effective infrastructure and the future of more sustainable technology
A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work
You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be genuinely interested in the infrastructure behind AI and willing to develop a detailed understanding of both the hardware and software.
This is an opportunity to help define and communicate a growing portfolio of AI infrastructure products. You'll work closely with the people designing, building and selling the technology, with the scope to establish a strong product marketing foundation and help position Australian innovation in global markets.
