We are currently seeking Consultants with experience across technology, strategy and transformation to support critical engagements across our key clients, to join our growing team in Sydney.
n
In this role, you'll work alongside ASX-listed organisations and experienced colleagues, contributing to strategic initiatives, enterprise-wide change and business-critical outcomes while continuing to build your consulting capability.
n
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in either consulting, skilled services or a complex in-house environment, who is comfortable working across technical and business settings.

Support transformation assessments, focusing on technology enablement and process improvement
n
Contribute to technology rationalisation and enhancement initiatives across enterprise systems
n
Analyse datasets and help turn findings into practical insights that support recommendations
n
Prepare clear presentations that communicate findings and proposed process improvements to stakeholders
n
Assist with developing future-state operating models and process improvements aligned with business goals
n
Build relationships with stakeholders and support alignment with organisational change objectives
n




Learn about business and change initiatives and help translate them into clear actions and deliverables
n
Produce high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based analyses, with support and feedback from the team
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivery planning, governance and reporting activities
n
n
About you:
n
n
Experience contributing to business or technology transformation outcomes in consulting, professional services, or a complex in-house environment
n
Experience in one or more of the following: business process improvement, organisational change, operating model design, or transformation delivery
n
Exposure to technology-enabled transformation, systems improvement or rationalisation initiatives would be valuable, whether gained through consulting, professional services or an in-house role.
n
Solid analytical skills and confidence working with complex data using Excel or comparable analytical tools
n
Ability to structure a clear narrative and produce concise, executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint or comparable presentation tools
n
Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
n
Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insights
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues,



clients and unfamiliar business environments.
