About the Role
n
As the Workforce Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring workforce capacity is aligned with forecasts, employee availability, operational requirements and service delivery targets.
n
You will develop and optimise workforce schedules and planning strategies, monitor workloads and service levels, and make timely adjustments to support operational performance and customer service outcomes.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Developing and maintaining workforce schedules aligned to forecast demand and operational requirements
n
Monitoring workforce capacity, workloads and service levels and responding to changing requirements
n
Analysing workforce data to produce forecasts, reports and actionable insights
n
Maintaining workforce planning data and relevant system configurations
n
Providing advice on resource management and workforce capability
n
Identifying opportunities to improve workforce planning processes, systems and operational efficiency
n
Working collaboratively with stakeholders to support effective workforce planning and service delivery
n
n

About You
n
You will bring relevant workforce planning and resource management experience, supported by strong analytical capability and a practical approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
n
You will also demonstrate:
n
n
Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, resource management or a similar operational environment
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations
n
The ability to build knowledge of resource management requirements and support the delivery of agreed programs and services
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and considered advice to a diverse range of stakeholders
n
Strong problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset
n
An enthusiastic and collaborative communication style that contributes to a positive team environment
n
