Working closely with the Site Manager and wider site team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site. You'll coordinate trades, manage resources, and make sure the job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Duties:
n
n
Running daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.
n
Supervising all site activities, ensuring work is carried out to specification and program.
n
Coordinating and monitoring subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity.
n
Reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans and schedules.
n
Tracking progress against program targets and reporting updates to the Site Manager.
n
Identifying potential issues early and finding practical solutions on the ground.
n
Maintaining site records, checklists and defect lists.
n




Managing materials and deliveries to keep work flowing efficiently.
n
Upholding site presentation, compliance and safety at all times.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Certificate IV in Building & Construction (minimum).
n
Solid experience as a Foreman on large residential or commercial projects in excess of $30m in Australian Tier 1-3 business
n
Strong tenure throughout your CV
n
A strong understanding of how jobs are built — from structure through to finishes.
n
The ability to read and interpret plans and ensure work meets design intent.
n
Proven ability to lead, motivate trades and drive outcomes.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
n
Commitment to safe work practices and quality control.
n
