Key Responsibilities In This Role Include
n
n
Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Day-to-day portfolio management support across a growing residential portfolio
n
Arrears management
n
Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
n
Attending tribunal hearings when required
n
Managing repairs and maintenance
n
Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
n
Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service
n

To Be Considered For This Prospect
n
n
A current property management license (essential)
n
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
n
Demonstrable experience in Property Management (2+ years)
n
Exceptional customer service experience
n
n
