ESR Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Property Finance team on a 12-month contract, supporting the financial management of our property portfolio. You will report to the Finance Manager and work with Asset Management and Property teams to deliver accurate reporting, compliance and insights.

The role requires CA/CPA and 3-5 years of commercial property accounting experience, IFRS knowledge, and a proactive, detail‐oriented approach to drive portfolio performance.
