The Opportunity

As one of the first faces our members see, you'll help create a welcoming and positive club environment. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support members, assist at reception and in the café, and help keep the club running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcome members and guests while providing friendly, professional service across reception and the café
n
Answer calls, respond to member enquiries and complaints, and escalat...
n
Use our systems to manage member details, create access tags, process purchases and assist with class and Kid's Cartel bookings
n
Prepare coffees and protein shakes while confidently promoting and selling supplements,



apparel and café products
n
Keep reception, café and retail areas clean, organised, fully stocked and professionally presented
n
Complete opening and closing procedures, follow directions and prioritise daily tasks efficiently
n
n
What You'll Need to Succeed
n
n
Previous customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
A genuine passion for health and fitness and enthusiasm for working within the industry
n
A reliable, punctual and qualified approach with a positive, can-do attitude
n
Strong initiative and the ability to multitask, adapt and work effectively as part of a team
n
Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems, policies and procedures
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them, Australian working rights and flexibility to work across the club's operating hours
n
