This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this prospect:
Schedule: 7a - 7p, 7 days on and 7 days off
Total census per provider per shift: ***** patients
Procedures required: To be determined
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Support: To be determined
Certifications and licenses required: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), ATLS Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
