Reporting directly to the Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end allocation of merchandise to our retail stores. This role involves working with various cross-functioning departments within Ghanda to support your personal portfolio of locations in maintaining optimal stock levels year-round., As an ALLOCATION ANALYST, your daily tasks may include:

Managing inbound and outbound inventory processes including store allocations
n
Communicating directly with our retail teams to support effective inventory control in stores
n
Liaising with our Design, Product, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams
n
Reviewing purchase orders and quantities
n
Monitoring product performance across the business and specific locations
n
Preparing reports and analytics for key decision makers

About The Candidate

Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills or database experience
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain robust working relationships across the organisation
n
A strong, data-driven analytical focus
n
Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business or similar - although this isn't a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience!
