Job Description
IFYS in the Toowoomba region is seeking Residential Youth Workers to provide a safe, therapeutic living environment for children and young people in our residential care program. You will support complex behaviours, plan activities, complete daily admin, transport clients to school and appointments, and help build life skills while maintaining professional boundaries and robust teamwork.
