As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:
n
n
Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry
n
Skill development - shopping, cooking, catching public transport
n
Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping
n
Social & Community participation - engage in the community and meet people.
n
n
Applicants will require:
n
n
Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical disability
n
Certificate III in Individual Support; Aged Care, Disability Cert IV or equivalent
n
Current Working with children blue card and NDIS workers screening check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
n
Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
n
Medication
Certificates/experience
will be looked at favourably
n
Valid Driver's License
n
