About the Role

Take ownership of a hospital-focused territory across a South Brisbane territory. You'll work closely with specialists and key healthcare stakeholders, delivering meaningful scientific and commercial conversations while driving growth across an expanding cardiometabolic portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan
n
Building long-term relationships with hospital specialists and key stakeholders
n
Identifying current opportunities and expanding customer engagement across the territory
n
Delivering impactful clinical and commercial discussions aligned to customer needs
n
Monitoring market activity and adapting strategies to maximise growth
n
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives

Maintaining accurate reporting and compliant ways of working
n

About You
n
You are a motivated, commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys navigating complex healthcare systems.

You'll bring:
n
n
3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
(hospital/specialist
sales experience preferred)
n
Strong territory management and business planning skills
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
n
A proactive, resilient and curious mindset
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
n
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
n
