Job Description
Novotech seeks a Senior Medical Services Manager (Medical Monitor) to oversee complex medical monitoring tasks for global studies and mentor a small team of medical monitors. Coordinate training, SOP development, and liaise with Business Development on protocol and project requirements.

The role requires a Medical Doctor with clinical practice, with knowledge across Neurology,
Oncology/haematology,
and Internal Medicine, plus drug development experience in pharma/CRO and robust pharmacovigilance
