, we're a national allied health and behaviour support organisation with 400+ clinicians across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA.
We're looking for an
Occupational Therapist to join our Outer Sydney team
, supporting participants across areas including
Liverpool, Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs
.
This is a
mobile, community-based role
, giving you the opportunity to work with participants where therapy can have the greatest impact — in their homes, schools and everyday environments.
While you'll have plenty of autonomy in how you structure your day, you'll still be connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team with regular supervision, peer support and opportunities to collaborate.
We also aim to
keep caseloads geographically aligned where possible
, helping to make travel practical and your working day sustainable.
About the Role We're open to OTs at different stages of their career, from early career clinicians through to experienced Occupational Therapists looking for flexibility, variety and opportunities to continue developing.
You'll
Deliver functional, strengths-based and person-centred Occupational Therapy
Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
Support participants to build independence and work towards meaningful everyday goals
Work predominantly across home, school and community environments
Collaborate with families,
carers and a broader multidisciplinary team
Manage your own schedule while remaining connected to your local team
Participate in regular supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for regular community travel
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Solid communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
A collaborative, person-centred approach
