About you
You'll bring:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team member
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
The ability to coach, motivate and bring out the best in others
A genuine interest in menswear, tailoring and personal style
Strong organisation, attention to detail and commercial awareness
Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster
Experience in premium fashion, menswear or luxury retail will be highly regarded.

Required experiences
Prior experience in a retail management role, preferably in the menswear or fashion industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in staff scheduling, performance management, and recruitment processes
Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for business improvement
Experience in maintaining store visual merchandising standards
