Highfields Church of Christ in Queensland is seeking a part time Next Generations Pastor to provide spiritual and strategic leadership for children, youth and families.
The role focuses on strengthening the Kids ministry and launching a sustainable Youth ministry, with three days per week centered on Sunday ministry and discipleship.
You will recruit and equip volunteers, partner with parents, and work with the Lead Pastors to ensure safe, well organised ministries that grow the next generation
