This is a high-impact leadership role where you will deliver strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and trusted business partnership to both clients and JLL leadership teams.As a key member of account leadership teams, you will drive commercial results, ensure rigorous financial governance, and foster continuous improvement across finance operations.
This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Commercial LeadershipManage and maximize commercial results across multiple client accountsOversee Master Services Agreements, contract price variations, and contractual pricing adjustmentsDrive account-wide operational efficiency and effectiveness as a member of account leadership teamsManage savings commitments and ensure contract variations are accurately priced, documented, and approvedOwn finance-related contract KPIs to minimize commercial impactFinancial Governance & ControlsProvide comprehensive financial services focused on quality, continuous improvement, governance, and best practiceManage corporate month-end, forecasting, and budgeting processes with associated reportingOversee finance team operations, ensuring robust accounting controls, accurate reporting, and process excellenceEnsure data integrity across finance systems (JD Edwards) and operational platforms (CAAPs, Corrigo, etc.)Meet all audit requirements and actively contribute to peer review processes across accountsClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain trusted client finance relationships with a partnering approachDeliver accurate and timely financial reporting and client interfacesSupport achievement of all relevant KPIs and maintain client satisfaction above "Satisfactory" benchmarksContribute to positive annual client performance evaluationsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentProvide effective leadership and direction to JLL finance teamsDrive capability development and continuous improvement across month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processesOversee Shared Services teams to ensure efficient and accurate operationsFoster a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to problem-solving and innovationSystems, Data & TransformationSupport systems implementation and operations to maximize account benefitsAdvocate for AI adoption to drive finance team productivity efficienciesEnsure seamless integration and data integrity across financial and operational systemsThink strategically and innovatively to solve complex problemsRisk & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with legislative requirements and client contractual obligationsMaintain strong financial and commercial governance frameworksManage audit readiness and regulatory compliance across all accountsWhat You'll Bring:Skilled Qualification: CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experienceFinancial Leadership: Extensive experience in financial management, commercial governance, and operational finance leadership within complex business environmentsContract Management: Demonstrated experience managing financial and commercial aspects of client contracts and service agreementsStakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across client organizations, senior leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholdersCollaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders to address complex commercial, operational, and strategic challengesCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audiencesExecution: Capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously within fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsStrategic Thinking: Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvementsTeam Leadership: Proven experience leading, developing, and managing high-performing finance teams within a matrixed environmentTechnical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and financial reporting tools; robust analytical and systems capabilityProcess Improvement: Experience driving automation, process improvement, and data-led financial reporting initiativesGovernance: Robust understanding of financial systems, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and internal controlsBenefitsGreat employee discounts off fitness,
