SPEECH PATHOLOGIST | 4-DAY WEEK | $100K-$115K | GEORGES HALL, SYDNEY
You want a caseload that is varied and meaningful.
You want a team small enough to actually know each other, a schedule that respects your life, and a clinic where clinical growth is built into the week rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
That is what we built.
ABOUT US
Embracing Arms is an NDIS-registered speech therapy and support work practice based in Georges Hall, Sydney.
Founded by two sisters whose two brothers were diagnosed with autism and intellectual disability.
We have 34 five-star Google reviews and a team that genuinely shows up for each other.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with 2 or more years of post-graduation experience, ready to grow within a small and supportive clinical team.
You will carry a mixed caseload working with children aged 2 to 12, adolescents, and young adults across language, literacy, social communication, and fluency presentations primarily with a disability.
This is a four-day week position.
Not a trial.
Not something you earn over time.
It is how we work, from day one.
We believe great clinicians do their best work when they have time to recharge.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assessments and intervention across NDIS, Medicare, and Private funding streams (children, adolescents, and young adults)
Work alongside families, carers, schools, and support networks as a genuine partner
Collaborate with a small team including our support workers
NDIS documentation and reports, with admin support
WHAT WE OFFER
$100,000 to $115,000 total package including 12% superannuation, based on experience
Performance incentive: exceed your agreed session target over a quarter and earn a share of the additional revenue you generate
Permanent employment position (full time or part-time to suit your needs)
Permanent four-day working week from day one
Based in our clinic in Georges Hall, with community and school visits as part of the hybrid model
Internal clinical supervision from Celine, co-founder and lead Speech Pathologist, built into how we work week to week
$1,500 annual PD budget, paid by the clinic upfront
Two paid professional development days per year
Travel allowance up to $100 per week, adjusted to clinic and community visit mix
Company-provided iPad and phone
Admin support and online practice management system
Regular team case discussion
Monthly social events and genuine team culture
Annual growth and development review at 12 months
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible)
2 or more years post-graduation experience in speech pathology
NDIS experience valued, not required
Valid driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
NDIS Workers Screening clearance and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Someone who wants clinical growth, not just clinical volume
