Colac Area Health's Youth North Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is seeking a Youth Mental Health Clinician on a temporary part time basis to provide assessment, treatment and care coordination for young people aged ***** with complex mental health needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based mental health and AOD care, and participate in seven-day rosters and coordinated care planning with families and partner services.
