Cashier Services Supervisor | The Star Brisbane

The Cashier Services Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of Cashiers and assisting in day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the Casino Cages and Keno.
n
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Casino Control Act ****, associated regulations, and internal accounting procedures. Duties include assisting with Premium Group buy-ins and settlements, handling complex guest service situations, verifying patron funds, and supporting inventory accounting across currency, chips, and financial records.

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Minimum of two years' experience as a Cashier or similar finance related field
n
Previous Supervisory experience, advantageous
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
Thorough knowledge of Casino Cage procedures
n




Knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act **** and associated legislation
n
