Job Description
The Department Of Education is seeking a Principal Lawyer and co-Manager for the CFEL Unit in the Workplace and Education Law branch.
You will co-lead and manage specialist legal advice to corporate and school staff on family law, child protection, privacy, subpoenas, and related matters, including managing proceedings and inquiries.
You will guide a small legal team, mentor junior staff, and build capability in a fast-paced workplace while upholding a sensitive, compassionate approach to risk
