What you'll be doing:
n
n
Managing a dedicated portfolio of approximately 500 clients
n
Proactively managing overdue debts and implementing effective solutions.
n
Dispute resolution for missed or overdue payments
n
Working with pace and precision to ensure clients are contacted within set SLAs and KPIs
n
Collaborating with various teams, including Accounts Receivable, Customer Experience and Retention.
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
A proven track record in credit or collections
n
Experience with complaints handling, retention or dispute resolution.
n
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
n
A strong eye for detail
n
A "can do" positive attitude to deliver results.
