Family Centered Support Services is hiring Team Members to support Children and Young People in Residential Out-of-Home Care across our therapeutic rural properties.
This role focuses on engagement, daily care, and helping young people achieve social, educational, cultural and emotional goals within a technology-reduced model of care.
You will deliver hands-on life skills coaching, develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and report progress to stakeholders.
