Gibson Howlin Lawyers, is seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded lawyer with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our Insolvency team.
n
Our work primarily consists of disputes involving the Australian Taxation Office which includes plenty of opportunities for Court appearance work and liaising with stakeholders.

What we are looking for

At least 4 years PQE in insolvency law; tax law knowledge as well is ideal.
n
Sound technical knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law.
n
Commercial acumen & problem-solving skills – you love finding strategic solutions!
n
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.
n
A client-first mindset with robust advocacy & negotiation skills.
n
Admission as a lawyer in NSW and the High Court of Australia.
n
Available to work days in our Sydney CBD office.
