One (1) permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
n
One (1) temporary, full-time position – 12-month term contract (35 hours per week).
n
Remuneration of $2,****** gross per fortnight with the prospect to progress to $3,****** gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).
n

Your New Role
n
Our focused customer service team members are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance for community members with a wide range of requests.
n
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:
n
n
Providing advice to both internal and external customers;
n
Undertaking call centre operations;
n
Processing applications and requests
n
Providing feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner; and
n




Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.
n

What You Will Need To Succeed
n
n
Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
n
Excellent time management;
n
Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
