The Role
n
You'll hold significant responsibility for technical leadership, delivery outcomes and client trust on complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, leading through collaboration and sound professional judgement, and holding yourself and others to a high standard of quality. You'll influence senior stakeholders and contribute directly to SIS's growth.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Take full accountability for delivery of complex OT / ICS cyber security engagements, to time, cost and quality targets
n
Lead delivery across the FEED cycle, threat assessments, architecture and training services
n
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across engineering, operations, cyber and executive leadership
n
Provide technical leadership and peer review, ensuring outcomes meet SIS's quality and assurance standards
n
Mentor and develop consultants, building team capability and professional growth
n
Continuously improve ways of working, tools and methods across the practice
n

What We're Looking For
n




n
Deep, hands-on OT / ICS cyber security expertise, known for setting technical direction through credibility rather than position
n
Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements with autonomy and influence
n
Solid stakeholder credibility across engineering, operations, cyber and executive audiences
n
Comfortable owning a client relationship and the commercial side of an engagement, not just the technical delivery
n
A clear commitment to quality, integrity, accountability and teamwork
n
n
Nice to have:
n
n
Direct experience with control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC or similar), ideally including time with an asset owner or operator
n
IEC ***** certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
