We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join a well-established commercial fit-out business in Brisbane.
n
The role sits at the front end of projects, working across sales, design, estimating and pre-construction before handing projects over to the delivery Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage projects through design and pre-construction
n
Work closely with clients to develop scope, budgets and timelines
n
Coordinate designers, consultants and internal stakeholders
n
Review drawings, specifications and constructability
n




Work with estimating on budgets, tenders and cost planning
n
Identify risks, design issues and project constraints early
n
Support sales through the early stages of project opportunities
n
Manage project handover into the delivery team
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment
n
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience across design coordination and pre-construction
n
Valuable commercial and cost awareness
n
Ability to interpret drawings and project documentation
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
n
Experience as a Project Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Design Manager, Estimator or Senior Contracts Administrator would be highly regarded.
